Delivery Times

We aim to depatch orders within 24 hours on working days. If an item is out of stock or their is a delay we will inform you.

Stove Spares and Accessories

Express Delivery means that your order will be sent out on a next day service once it has left us, we currently use Royal Mail 24 for small items and Interlink for larger spares deliveries.

Stove Deliveries

We will contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery. Stoves are delivered by Palletline using a tail lift vehicle. Standard delivery is usually 3-5 days.  We can request the driver calls you 1 hour prior to the delivery been made.  Next Day and timed deliveries can be arranged for an additional cost.  Standard Delivery is free on all stoves to Uk Mainland. Stoves must be signed for and will not be left.

Delivery Destinations

Our delivery charges apply to Mainland UK excluding Highlands and Islands. We can deliver to these areas and to Europe but an additional charge may be payable for heavier items which we are unable to send via Royal Mail. Please contact us for a price, payments for these orders can be made over the telephone or we can send a Paypal invoice. If an online order is received for delivery to these areas we will contact you regarding any additional payment that may be required.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are added on at the checkout . These charges apply to mainland England, Wales and most of Scotland but excludes Highlands and Islands. We can deliver to these areas but an additional charge may be payable.

Delivery Access

Please inform us of any access problems or restrictions that may relate to your property or that may cause an issue. Stoves are normally delivered via 7 tonne lorry with a tail lift but other arrangements can be made if this is unsuitable.

Delivery Day

Delivery will be made between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Customers ordering stoves or fireplaces will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery day.
